Hello everyone,
I’m Lisa and I’m looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment in Salzburg.

The available room is approximately 14m², bright, and well-proportioned. It has beautiful parquet flooring and a large window overlooking the greenery. Our apartment (98m² in total) has a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We also have a small balcony that we share.

Location:
The apartment is located in the Lehen district , just a 10-minute bike ride from the Old Town and the University of Salzburg. Bus connections, supermarkets, and cafés are nearby. The Salzach River is also within walking distance—perfect for walks or jogs.

About the shared apartment:
Paul (27, music student) and I, Lisa (25, cultural management student), currently live here. We’re relaxed, enjoy cooking evenings together, watching concerts, or just a movie – but we also give each other plenty of space.

Rent: 600€ warm (incl. running costs, heating, internet)
Move-in: Immediately or by arrangement
